Why MAGNA intervenes in India?

The 2005 tsunami killed at least 225,000 people in a dozen countries. Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India, Maldives and Thailand suffered massive damage. The area lacked food, clean water and medical care. Humanitarian workers delivered supplies of food and medicine to hard-to-reach areas. The tsunami also caused severe damage to the environment – villages, tourist resorts, farmland and fishing areas were destroyed or flooded with garbage, bodies and salt water that kills plants.
